Job Overview

The Project Engineer (Solar) will be responsible for supporting project execution through effective site coordination, supervision, quality assurance, and documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in solar project coordination or a related role within the renewable energy sector

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct post-site surveys in coordination with the Design team

• Perform site assessments and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

• Coordinate with site teams for smooth project execution

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical records, and progress reports

• Identify and resolve site-related issues by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Supervise day-to-day on-site activities

• Ensure quality of project installation according to company standards

Required Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and technical skills

• Good understanding of solar site operations and field activities

• Ability to prepare accurate and timely project reports
