Experience

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality teaching programs in line with the College’s strategy, policies, and procedures

• Designing and delivering engaging lectures and assessing student performance effectively

• Contributing to research activities and initiatives that support leading-edge academic practices

• Supporting academic planning and ensuring timely completion of academic responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of business concepts, theories, and practices

• Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate effective lectures

• Competence in research, data analysis, and academic writing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet academic deadlines
