Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality teaching programs in line with the College’s strategy, policies, and procedures

Designing and delivering engaging lectures and assessing student performance effectively

Contributing to research activities and initiatives that support leading-edge academic practices

Supporting academic planning and ensuring timely completion of academic responsibilities
Required Skills

Strong understanding of business concepts, theories, and practices

Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate effective lectures

Competence in research, data analysis, and academic writing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet academic deadlines
