Qualification

• MSc in Food Science or Chemistry
  OR

• Food / Chemical Engineering

Experience & Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in systems and compliance roles

• Strong command over food safety and hygiene standards

• Hands-on experience in auditing and compliance management

• Excellent training and documentation skills

• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage continual improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards

• Conduct internal audits and lead corrective/preventive actions

• Develop and deliver training programs on food safety and compliance

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
