Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR major)

• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant HR experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee routine HR operational activities under the guidance of Head Office HR

• Ensure implementation and compliance with HR policies and procedures

• Support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, verification, and onboarding

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and databases while ensuring confidentiality

• Assist in training and development initiatives for employee skill enhancement

• Support in handling employee grievances, conflict, and disciplinary matters

• Assist in monthly payroll processing and related coordination

• Manage employee resignations and exit procedures including interviews

• Perform any other duties assigned in line with organizational needs
