Sybrid Pvt Ltd is hiring a Manager – International Operations (BPO) to oversee international chat and email support operations, manage high-performing teams, and ensure service excellence in line with SLAs and KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:
Graduation / Master’s degree

Experience:
3–5 years of experience in International BPO Operations

Skills:
Team leadership, operations management, performance analysis, client compliance

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Experience handling international customer support operations

Responsibilities

• Manage international BPO operations and service delivery

• Lead chat and email support teams

• Ensure achievement of SLAs and KPIs

• Drive team performance improvement and development

• Maintain compliance with operational and client standards
