Job Overview:

Paid HR Internship: Hands-on training in HR operations, policies, automation, and SAP (HCM). Gain experience in training & development, labor laws, and compliance.

Import Executive: Manage import documentation, coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, ports, and customs. Reconcile invoices, calculate landed costs, and process AP invoices in SAP for imported shipments.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:

• HR Internship: Undergraduate/Graduate

• Import Executive: BBA, B.Com, M.Com, ICMA, or MBA in Finance

Experience:

• HR Internship: 0–6 months

• Import Executive: 1–2 years (preferably in manufacturing/import operations)

Skills:

• HR Internship: Proficiency in HR operations, SAP (HCM), communication, and coordination skills

• Import Executive: Knowledge of LC & Incoterms, MS Office proficiency, ERP/SAP experience preferred, analytical and communication skills

Qualifications:

• HR Internship: Undergraduate/Graduate in any relevant field

• Import Executive: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Commerce, or related field

Responsibilities:

HR Internship:

• Assist in HR operations, policies, and SAP (HCM)

• Learn about training & development, labor law compliance

• Support HR team in daily HR activities

Import Executive:

• Manage import documentation and shipments

• Coordinate with international suppliers, shipping lines, and customs

• Reconcile invoices and calculate landed costs

• Process AP invoices in SAP

• Import Executive: PKR 75,000 – 80,000, EOBI, Group Health & Life Insurance, Provident Fund, Bonus, Paid Leaves
