Job Overview:

Packages Convertors is hiring an Area Sales Manager AFH to manage B2B sales operations, drive distributor performance, and achieve assigned sales targets while executing channel-specific growth strategies in the Karachi region.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Experience:

• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience

• B2B selling experience preferred

Skills:

• Strong sales operations understanding

• Distributor and channel management

• Analytical and reporting skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales automation systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a recognized institution

• Proven experience in FMCG or B2B sales roles

Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

• Manage distributors and ensure effective market coverage

• Drive channel-specific growth plans

• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions

• Ensure accurate sales reporting and coordination with internal teams
