Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow CandyLand’s sales operations in Islamabad through strong team leadership and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve the sales of the area until the goals and objectives are met.
- Reach the products to more places and make the right work plan.
- Understand, guide and train the sales team where it works.
- Make distributors’ jobs easier and maintain good relationships with key vendors and partners.
- Align team and business plans with national sales goals.
- Run promotions and programs for priority and wholesale accounts and deal with new good accounts.
- Keep sales work neat and tidy, check records and look at data.
- Make a proper financial plan for the promotion and trade of the area.
- Prepare and submit the bills and sales documents of distributors on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have a degree in Business, Marketing or Sales.
- FMCG Sales job today 7 years of experience and know how to handle a team.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Good thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Know how to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
