Job Responsibilities

1. Proper recording & verification of Sales Notes entries in software/excel sheet, and signing delivery orders.
2. Coordination with Sales Team for recovery of funds as per payments terms.
3. Preparing receivable aging report on regular basis, & sharing with respective Sales persons.
4. Reconciliation of ledgers with approved dealers/show rooms on weekly basis.
5. New & T-Sure vehicles files management.
6. Ensure compliance of credit SOPs & company SOPs.
