Position: Senior Agronomist

Location: South Punjab

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Sciences Specialization or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

• Proven 8-10 years of experience in Perennial Crop production within corporate domain as Head of Department.
• Advanced crop diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with the modern Machinery used in perennial & High Value Chain Crops.
• Dealing team at large Spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Taking responsibility for various production sites and having complete knowledge of permanent crops and high value chain crops in Pakistan.
•  Conducting visits to all sites as per the stipulated time.
•  Ensuring that all agricultural activities are being carried out as per the crop production plan.
•  Planning and implementing agricultural programs for sustainable and high value chain crops.
•  Preparing balanced fertilizer plans by analyzing soil, water and plant test reports.
•  Preparing irrigation schedules for sustainable and high value chain crops under HEIS model.
•  Conduct regular field inspections and crop health assessments and suggest corrective actions based on data.
•  Play a key role in crop production planning and preparation of SOPs.
•  Prepare and analyze yield reports of all agricultural activities.
