Requirements

Job Opportunity: Junior NOC Engineer

We are looking for a Junior NOC Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. The selected candidate will handle Level 1 & 2 technical support, ticket resolution, system monitoring, and ensure smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
- Handle support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Assist with installation and provide guidance on configuration.
- Monitor systems, maintain logs and resolve customer complaints.
- Follow troubleshooting SOPs and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Perform tasks assigned by the team lead or management.
