Position: DEPOT IN-CHARGE

About Job:

You’ll run the show at the depot—keeping an eye on inventory, handling cash, and making sure everything adds up each day. You’ll also manage the team and keep security in check. Working closely with sales, accounts, and supply chain is part of the job, so you need to be on top of your game. Following SOPs and handling basic systems and reports? That’s a must. If you’re a retired banker or you’ve worked in FMCG or warehousing for a few years, know your way around MS Excel, and value accuracy and integrity, this role fits you.

Salary:

What we are looking for:

• Complete responsibility of depot operations
• Stock & inventory management (receiving, storage, reconciliation)
• Cash handling, controls & daily reconciliation
• Supervision of security staff and depot workforce
• Coordination with Sales, Accounts & Supply Chain teams
• Ensuring SOP compliance, discipline, and audit readiness
• Use of basic systems, reporting tools & online research to improve processes
