Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Executive – Packaging Procurement to support packaging development, sourcing, and procurement through strong supplier coordination, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, purchasing and sourcing of packaging materials (primary and secondary).

   

• Work with spinners to mix colors, make samples and check quality.

   

• Develop and assist in new ideas for packaging for new products.

   

• Check the capacity of the forces and ensure compliance with quality, technical standards and environmentally friendly principles.

   

• Complete packaging details, design and interact with the functional team.

   

• Assist in cost calculation, negotiation and purchasing planning.

   

• Maintain word records, contracts and documents in ERP system (such as SAP).

   

• Monitor packaging performance, resolve supply and work improvement issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent.

   

• 1 to 3 years of experience in packaging work in FMCG, Food or Manufacturing.

   

• Good understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing methods and quality.

   

• Communication, communication and thinking skills.

   

• Proficiency in MS Office and extensive knowledge of SAP systems.

   

• Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail and on time.
