Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer

Location: Tariq Road, Karachi

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA / BS Accounting or relevant field)

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of vendor bills.
• Matching vendor statements and correcting errors.
• Processing payment vouchers, checks and online transfers.
• Maintaining records of all payable transactions.
• Responding to vendor payment queries.
• Bank reconciliation and maintaining bank relationships.
• Assisting in recording sales transactions.
• Assisting in cash flow and payment planning.
• Adheres to company policies and accounting standards.
• Assisting in preparing monthly closing and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of sales accounting and banking processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail in work
• Good communication and coordination skills.
