Osaka Lighting Looking for Senior HR Officer

Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree (HR or related field preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of factory HR experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle the recruitment of factory workers, staff and supervisors.

    

2. Manage payroll, attendance and overtime.

    

3. Maintain Saari HR documents (employee files, contracts, letters).

    

4. Oversee factory HR matters and employee coordination.

    

5. Handle discipline, leave and daily HR issues.

    

6. HR prepares reports and provides support to factory management.
