Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Evaluating problems and complaints of callers.
• Providing proper solutions and responding to customer needs.
• Giving information on products or services.
• Processing orders, forms, and applications, and routing calls to other teams.
• Communicating clearly, building strong customer relationships, and meeting performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional tone.
• Ability to meet call targets and performance goals.
