📌 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: IT Support Officer
📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Multan

We are looking for a competent and motivated 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely technical support to staff.

📝 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Configuring computers and software.
• Troubleshooting system, internet and printer issues.
• Providing technical support to staff.
• Creating user accounts and providing access to them.
• Preparing data security and backups.
• Recording IT and inventory.

🎓 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and MS Office.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
