• BS Civil Engineering / B-Tech / DAE Civil

Experience:

• 03 to

  05 Years of experience in relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and check site billing and subcontractor billing with the project team.

   

• Adjust additional work (variations) and prepare necessary documents for claims and approvals.

   

• Analyze rates for new items and assist in some work.

   

• Calculate and check Market Rate Schedule (MRS).

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong working Knowledge of Autocade.
• Expertise in rate analysis, site billing, and subcontractor billing.

Qualification:

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering (B.E Civil)

Experience:

• 01 to 03 years of experience in planning and scheduling of civil projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project schedules on Primavera and MS Project.

   

• Check project progress and update schedule as needed.

   

• Work closely with project team to ensure all work is completed on time

   

• Understand project risks and work on issues by considering their status

   

• Prepare project reports and progress updates.

   

• Assist in meetings and maintain all documentation.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is mandatory.
• Auto Cad, BIM and AI Integrated Softweres.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
