Position: Assistant Manager Sales

Overview

• Location: Karachi
• Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve sales targets (volume and value).
• Collect payments from customers on time and check accounts.
• Meet regularly with assigned customers to ensure service is good, sales are increased, and payments are collected.
• Work with technical team to resolve customer issues.
• Generate new business from existing and new customers.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• MBA / BBA Hons. and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of inks and adhesives
• Basic understanding of the printing and packaging industry.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders
• Good negotiation skills.
