Imtiaz is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented “Officer – HR Operations” to support our HR team at the branch level. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and delivering excellent employee service.

📍 Locations: Karachi, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Abbottabad

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee data** in HRIS system and update, **accurate and confidential**.
• Create HR reports **and analysis** for decision making.
• Monitor attendance and leave records** and manage time off.
• Coordinate monthly payroll** inputs, such as attendance, deductions and adjustments.
• Maintain personnel files** updated and compliant with labor laws.
• Legal compliance** (P.F, PESSI) and HR audits I mean.
• Respond to employees **HR queries** (policies, benefits, procedures).
• Support **onboarding and induction** processes for employees.
• Help **implement and communicate** human rights policies.
• Perform employee **exit procedures** and manage exit interviews.
• Company policies and **Code of Conduct** I follow Carvana in everything I do.
