POSITION: MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage product allocation from refineries and coordinate with OGRA/OCAC to ensure uninterrupted supply.

   

• Represent the company in IFEM meetings and handle PMP/PRM coordination.

   

• Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure fuel is always available.

   

• Manage OGRA matters (licensing, compliance, reporting).

   

• Handle IFEM calculations, submissions, reconciliations and claims.

   

• Product procurement, allocation and distribution planning.

   

• Analyze demand forecasting and align with supply.

   

• Ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of stock movements.

   

• Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
