ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR OPERATION

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE, NORTH NAZIMABAD KARACHI

JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager – HR Operations is responsible for supporting in day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth HR service delivery across the hospital. The role supports employee lifecycle, employee records management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policy implementation while maintaining alignment with hospital standards and labor laws.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare payroll** and coordinate with finance/audit teams.
• Handle HR daily tasks** (employee records, HRIS updates, files).
• Enforce HR policies and SOPs** appropriately.
• Implement Flow HCM system** to support me.
• Maintain employee records and documents** accurately.
• Ensure HR audits and compliance** to follow.
• Follow labor laws and hospital rules** to follow.
• HR reports** to help me (headcount, hiring, attrition).
• HR planning and workforce data** to help me manage.
• Handle employee queries** (salary, benefits, HR policies).
• Check attendance, overtime and deductions** before payroll.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle.

   

• Handle Flow HCM/HRIS systems.

   

• Payroll coordination or HR documentation.

   

• Strong communication or interpersonal skills.

   

• Ability to problem solve and handle conflicts.

   

• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.

   

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and human rights compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Working Experience: 4 to 6 years of HR experience preferably in healthcare or hospital sector.
