• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center.
• Good communication and dealing skills.
• Problem solving and complaint handling skills are required.
• Patience is required to handle more.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM is required.

• Handle the entire recruitment process for retail stores (posting, screening, interviews, hiring).
• Recruiting strategies will get candidates up to the mark.
• Handle employee issues and complaints.
• Assist me with onboarding and orientation.
• Update employee records and HR data.
• Manage attendance and leave.
• Resolve employee HR queries.
• HR projects and activities to improve the workplace for me.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 3 years of on-the-job HR experience, in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of HR software or MS Office.
• Hiring process is a breeze.
• Strong communication and dealing skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
