Position: Executive Oil Accounts

Job Location: Karachi

Core Responsibilities:

• Check stock daily and ensure purchases, sales and transfers are all recorded correctly
• The stock being reported is the same as the SAP stock
• Match physical stock with system (ERP) data and reconcile the differences
• Keep track of stock in transit and check that it is arriving on time
• Visit various locations to check work and systems
• Confirm stock loss or gain
• Help the ERP system run smoothly and resolve issues
• Work closely with Operations, Finance and Logistics teams

Required Qualification:

• BBA (Finance/Supply Chain) or Master’s Degree in Commerce
• 3 years of experience in Oil Operations or Oil Accounts.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, Formulas etc.)
• Basic understanding of SAP Business One.
• Ability to work with a team
• Easy to work in a fast-paced environment
