Position: Sales Operations – Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain sales data, reports and dashboards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with Sales teams (RSM’s/ASMs) for targets, forecasts, and rolling plans.
• Support sales team in forecasting and demand planning.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team when required.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and orders.
• Support sales team in forecasting and demand planning.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors in business administration.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in related field.
• Skills: Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Skills: Good team handling skills.
