Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen distributor and customer relationships in Gujranwala.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and coach the sales team within the assigned territory.
Set realistic sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Meet with distributors and share plans to improve return on investment (ROI).
Travel within the assigned sales area to engage existing and potential customers and enhance brand presence.
Utilize outbound telephone calls,email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
Implement a structured sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
4+ years of FMCG sales experience, with a proven track record in managing sales teams
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Effective communication and customer relationship management skills
Ability to inspire teams through a positive and performance driven mindset
