- Drive workwear sales growth by managing export buyers, meeting assigned revenue, order, and margin targets
- Develop competitive costing and pricing strategies to ensure commercial viability and profitability
- Must have strong knowledge of workwear compliances and standards, both ISO (ISO 11611, 11612, 20471) and NFPA (NFPAย ย ย 70E, 2112, 1975)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, buyer engagement, and competitor benchmarking
- Maintain strong buyer relationships by leading communication, resolving issues proactively, and supporting brand positioning
- Induct new customers and showcase products via virtual demos, sample presentations, trade shows, and factory visits
- Develop and execute strategic sales plan for key export markets (Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia-Pacific)
- Monitor order pipelines, forecast accuracy, and profitability per buyer and product line.
- Lead price negotiations with buyers while protecting gross margins
- Ensure all products meet international safety and quality standards; guide internal teams on certification requirements

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: 10โ15 years in workwear/industrial apparel sales, with at least 5 years in export business development.
