Position: Team Lead – Logistics

Location: Lahore

Dura Flow Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Logistics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all logistics and supply chain operations
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and procurement teams
• Ensure timely delivery and optimize transportation routes
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate records
• Handle logistics-related issues and provide effective solutions
• Lead and supervise the logistics team to achieve operational targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is a plus
