𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗜𝗧 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 (𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Officer to manage and support IT operations at our warehouse, Korangi, Karachi. The role requires hands-on experience in IT support, network, and system management to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience, preferably in warehouse or retail environments.

• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP) and system administration (Windows/Linux servers).

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Provide technical support for warehouse staff, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, systems, and servers.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and upgrades of IT equipment (PCs, printers, scanners, handheld devices, etc.).
• Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), and related applications.
• Conduct regular system backups, data recovery tests, and security updates.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure availability of spare parts/equipment.
• Liaise with vendors/service providers for IT hardware, software, and maintenance contracts.
• Support warehouse automation initiatives and provide training to staff on IT systems.
