To manage day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, servers, and user support. The role also involves managing CCTV systems, ensuring system security and backups, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with vendors to maintain smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.
Provide day-to-day IT support to users (hardware, software, and network issues)
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, user accounts, and system security
Monitor system performance, backups, and ensure data protection
Configure and manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems
Ensure continuous monitoring and recording of surveillance systems
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and system records
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, internet services, and support
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and/or Linux systems
Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs)
Experience with CCTV systems (Hikvision/Dahua preferred)
Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and basic cybersecurity practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
