Hiring: Jr. Fashion Designer – Workwear

Job Descriptions:

• Design garments in accordance with technical guidelines, quality standards, and team requirements.
• Conduct research on workwear trends, functional requirements, and end-use applications, with a focus on durability, comfort, and safety.
• Apply basic fit, sizing, and ergonomic principles to ensure functionality and comfort in active working environments.
• Incorporate workwear-specific features such as utility/tool pockets, reinforcement panels, ergonomic paneling, knee pad placements, and functional trims and closures.
• Assist in the preparation of tech packs, specification sheets, and garment sketches for development and production purposes.
• Coordinate with the technical and product development teams under supervision to refine and improve garment designs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Candidate must have 2–3 years of basic experience or exposure to workwear / industrial garments (preferred).
• Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Environment: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
