Organization: International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK)

International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗖𝗖𝗧𝗩 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿” to be based in Sheikhupura who will be responsible for:

• Continuous monitoring and management of CCTV surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs)
• Ensuring proper functioning of cameras, recording systems, and overall surveillance infrastructure.
• Configuring and troubleshooting IP-based CCTV systems including camera addressing, recording, and remote access issues.
• Diagnosing and resolving CCTV issues (camera offline, no recording, video loss, hardware faults)
• Performing network troubleshooting (IP conflicts, connectivity issues, VLAN basics, switch port diagnostics, cabling faults).
• Identifying and resolving CCTV network-related issues (latency, packet loss, camera disconnections).
• Supporting basic IT/system troubleshooting (end-user systems, OS-level checks, connectivity, domain-related basic support).
• Working with network switches (PoE/non-PoE) for camera connectivity and power troubleshooting.
• Managing playback, backup, and retrieval of CCTV footage as required.
• Maintaining logs of CCTV operations, faults, incidents, and system health reports.
• Ensuring timely reporting of system failures and security incidents.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Strong understanding of CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVR/DVR, PoE switches)
• Good knowledge of IP Networking (IP addressing, subnetting, VLAN basics, switching concepts)
• Hands-on experience with IP CCTV system configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot network and CCTV integrated issues
• Familiarity with remote access, port forwarding, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Ability to perform first-level IT/system troubleshooting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Education: BS IT
• Experience: 1-2 years 1-2 years
