QUALIFICATION Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management or any relevant field.
EXPERIENCE 10-12 years of overall experience, including 5 years in teaching and 7 years in education administration.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve academic standards, student outcomes and overall school performance, in alignment with organisational policies and objectives.
Oversee curriculum delivery, teaching quality, student assessments, and examination processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and academic frameworks.
Drive student enrollment and retention through effective admissions strategies, community engagement, branding initiatives, and stakeholder relationship management.
Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, infrastructure maintenance, safety compliance, and smooth administrative functioning.
Lead, mentor and evaluate academic and non-academic staff by implementing performance management systems, professional development plans and fostering a positive, disciplined and collaborative school culture.
