Imtiaz is looking for a dedicated and experienced “Maintenance Incharge” to oversee maintenance operations, ensure smooth functioning of equipment and facilities, and lead the maintenance team efficiently.

📍 Location: Karachi

🎓 Qualification: DAE / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.

💼 Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, facility management, or industrial maintenance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance staff and external vendors.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility-related issues efficiently.
• Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
