We’re looking for a “𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬” who’s passionate about driving growth, optimizing profitability, and turning data into actionable business insights in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with full P&L ownership across channels and categories.
• Build financial models for planning, pricing, scenario analysis, and profitability optimization.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports by integrating POS, ERP, and e-commerce data.
• Conduct margin, assortment, and inventory analytics (sell-through, markdowns, stock turn) to guide business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and prepare executive-level presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• BBA / BS / MBA / CA / ACCA or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, business strategy, or commercial finance with deep understanding of P&L and margin structures (retail experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret large, multi-source datasets.
• Commercial acumen with effective business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
