Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Officer / Executive will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating onboarding. The role focuses on delivering a positive hiring experience while helping the organization recruit qualified professionals efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill vacancies within the required timelines.
• Sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with offer management.
• Preparing recruitment reports and supporting employer branding initiatives.
