Available Position

Vice President – Wholesale Banking Credit

This senior position focuses on managing wholesale banking credit activities, supporting strategic lending decisions, and maintaining high portfolio quality across corporate and commercial banking segments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Evaluate and approve complex corporate and commercial credit proposals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify emerging credit risks.
• Review financial statements, industry trends, and borrower performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Prepare portfolio reviews and reports for senior management committees.
• Work closely with Business, Treasury, Risk, Audit, and Remedial teams.

Candidate Requirements

To qualify for this position, applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as MBA, CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking or Wholesale Credit.
• Strong background in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk assessment.
• In-depth knowledge of CBUAE regulations, financial analysis, and corporate lending.
