Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading the site’s World Class Manufacturing (WCM) strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Driving WCM pillar implementation and strengthening organizational capabilities.
• Promoting operational excellence through continuous improvement programs.
• Aligning WCM initiatives with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Building a culture focused on excellence, digital transformation, teamwork, and employee engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WCM, or Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
