Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Estimated Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month

This position is ideal for experienced PRO professionals who possess extensive knowledge of UAE government procedures, licensing, immigration services, and municipal approvals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO), your responsibilities will include:

• Process company trade license renewals and government documentation.
• Manage corporate permits and regulatory approvals.
• Liaise with UAE government authorities to obtain project clearances.
• Handle immigration procedures, employment visas, and labor approvals.
• Coordinate applications with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authorities.
• Monitor expiry dates for licenses, permits, visas, and official documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of government transactions and statutory filings.
• Support company compliance with UAE regulations and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely document processing.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE PRO experience within the construction, contracting, or property development sector.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and documentation procedures.
• Practical experience dealing with:
  • Dubai Development Authority (DDA)
  • Dubai Municipality
  • MOHRE
  • GDRFA
• A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
