WeSource is hiring Junior Structural Engineers for a four-month contract in Dubai, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance. Key Responsibilities

Selected engineers will review exhibition stand designs, structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation to ensure safety and compliance. The role also includes conducting onsite inspections, reviewing structural detailing, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with project teams during installations and event operations.

Candidates may be required to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on project schedules.

Requirements and Skills

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification and have at least four years of structural engineering experience. Previous exposure to exhibition stands, temporary structures, events, or similar projects is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD, structural calculations, drawings, and detailing is required. Excellent English communication and report-writing skills are important. IOSH or relevant safety certification will be an advantage.
