Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the complete customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, creating new accounts, developing sales strategies, following up on leads, and working toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The role also involves providing pre-sales technical assistance, responding to customer queries, explaining products and services, and delivering after-sales support. Accurate customer records and regular follow-ups must be maintained.

Requirements and Skills

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2–3 years of sales experience, along with at least two years of customer service experience. A construction industry background is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Candidates should also be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word and working in a target-driven environment.
