Job Responsibilities

The selected MEP Electrical QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout MEP projects. The role requires close attention to electrical work quality and compliance with approved project requirements.

The engineer will conduct and coordinate inspections while managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and other quality-related procedures. They will work closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that electrical installations are completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.

Another important part of the position involves maintaining accurate QA/QC documentation. The successful candidate will handle inspection records, checklists, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and other project quality documents. They will also follow up on corrective actions and help ensure that identified quality issues are resolved and properly closed out within the required timeframe.

Strong coordination skills are important because the position involves communication with different project stakeholders. Candidates should be capable of monitoring site activities, identifying quality concerns, and supporting the project team in maintaining the required standards for electrical works.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have 2–4 years of relevant UAE or GCC experience in MEP projects. Candidates with hands-on knowledge of electrical QA/QC procedures, inspections, ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation will be suitable for this position.
