Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Preferred Certifications: FRM, PRM, CIA, CRMA, ISO 31000, or equivalent.
• Experience: 04 to 06 years of relevant experience (preferably in Banking, PSO/PSP/Fintech).

Job Role & Requirements:

• Assist in implementing ERM systems and policies
• Identify risks in collaboration with departments
• Record risks and follow up on their resolution
• Report risks to management
• Monitor key risks
• Check and report loss data
• Support audits and compliance
• Guide staff in identifying risks
• Coordinate the smooth running of ERM tools
• Work within the scope of management’s mandate
