Join our dynamic team as “Regional Sales Manager – EV Bike” to drive sales performance & expand market presence while ensuring strong dealer networks and customer satisfaction to support sustainable business growth.
Regional Sales Manager (EV Bike)is responsible to:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Identify and expand dealer/distributor networks across key regions.
Manage and monitor sales performance, forecasting and pipeline tracking.
Build strong relationships with dealers, key accounts and corporate clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL).
Drive brand positioning and awareness for EV bikes.
Manage product launches, promotions and activation campaigns.
Oversee digital marketing channels (social media, website, performance marketing).
Collaborate with agencies for creative development and campaign execution.
Identify new market segments and partnerships (B2B, fleet, ride-sharing, delivery services).
Explore opportunities in government and corporate EV initiatives.
Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in automotive, EV or consumer durable industry).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Experience in dealer network management and market expansion..
