Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities and ensuring efficient branch operations. Major responsibilities include:

• Assist the Head of Operations in managing day-to-day activities across branches and exchange booths.
• Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.
• Review daily operational reports, transactions, and reconciliations for accuracy and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with branch managers to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of operational processes and transactions.
• Prepare professional emails, official correspondence, and internal communications.
• Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation of new operational procedures and process enhancements.
• Coordinate with banks, security service providers, and other external stakeholders on operational matters.
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Monitor cash movement procedures while following security and reporting protocols.
• Provide operational support to branches during urgent situations and escalations.
