Available Positions for 2026 Recruitment

We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and skilled talent for various front-of-house and kitchen operations:

• Front-of-House & Service: Customer Service Representatives, Baristas, Cashiers, Service Crew (Waiters, Waitresses, Runners), Hostesses, and Bartenders.

• Kitchen & Culinary Team: Head Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, Commis Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Staff, and General Cleaners.

• Management & Leadership: Restaurant General Manager.

Key Roles and Core Responsibilities

Successful candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining overall dining and delivery operations. Your focus will center on elevating the guest experience through efficient order processing, accurate bill collection, and seamless daily execution.

• Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome guests, explain menu details clearly, and handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.

• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

• Operational Excellence: Manage multi-tasking duties, train team members on modern service standards, and prepare accurate daily sales reports.

• Team Leadership: Support new staff onboarding and uphold strict hygiene and efficiency practices in high-volume food courts.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

To thrive in this environment, applicants should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, perseverance, and a customer-first mindset.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a similar fast-food, retail, or hospitality role.

• Skills: Excellent communication, cash handling accuracy, order management, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Compensation: Monthly salaries range from AED 2,000 to AED 4,500, depending on your experience level and skill set (final figures will be finalized during the interview stage).
