Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates may be responsible for supporting restaurant and food-court operations, serving customers, processing orders, and maintaining excellent service standards.

Key duties include:

• Welcome customers and provide professional service.
• Take customer orders and provide accurate menu information.
• Process payments and handle bills efficiently.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and related requests.
• Manage multiple front-of-house responsibilities during busy periods.
• Respond professionally to customer complaints and help resolve issues.
• Support daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards.
• Train new and existing team members on appropriate customer-service procedures.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports where required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in fast food, restaurants, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates should be professional and customer-focused.

Salary & Working Details

Estimated Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 4,500 per month, depending on experience and position.
