Available Position

Assistant General Counsel – dnata Airport Operations

This role focuses on providing strategic legal advice across dnata’s global airport operations while supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and corporate governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Advise on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and legal risk management.
• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support for tenders, bids, and procurement projects.
• Conduct legal due diligence for international transactions.
• Advise senior management on legal strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support dispute resolution, investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Work closely with finance, commercial, operational, and leadership teams.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, M&A, and joint ventures.
• Experience handling cross-border legal transactions.
• Excellent English communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
• Ability to advise senior executives in a fast-paced multinational environment.
