𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking for a creative and passionate 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 to develop innovative fabric patterns and design concepts for our kids’ accessories and school gear collections.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Seasonal Design** Banana, like illustrations, mockups and print artworks.
• Create **moodboards, colors and patterns** to align with the brand style.
• Create **design sheets** to include body sizes, fabrics and details
• Check **market and trends** (local and global) to do children’s products.
• Analyze **competitions and customer demand** to do your job.
• Find **new fabrics and materials** that are suitable for children’s products.
• Ensure **designs** meet brand style and customer expectations**.
• Maintain **collections consistency** and market feedback to improve designs.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s Degree** in Textile Design, Fashion Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience** designing textile accessories or products (children’s products experience is preferred).
• Good knowledge of textiles, printing, embroidery and embellishment**.
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop** as design software are required.

𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure production runs smoothly and on time.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for materials.
• Coordinate stock and material movement with warehouse and outlets.
• Check inventory levels and notify departments for shortages.
• Provide research, sampling and coordination support to Product Development Executive.
• Assist in Quality Control (QC) to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain production and material documentation.
• Follow up with departments to ensure development and production runs are on time.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 1–3 years of experience** in inventory management, procurement, production coordination or supply chain management.
• Coordination and communication skills**
• Inventory and procurement processes**
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)** and **ERP system** should be available.
• Time management and organization skills**
