Bestway Cement Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading cement manufacturers, is inviting applications from skilled and experienced professionals for the position of Technical Officer – Instrumentation & Control. Role Overview

The Technical Officer – Instrumentation & Control will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems across the plant. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting while ensuring safety, accuracy, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain instrumentation and control systems to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

• Diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, electronic, and control equipment.

• Ensure accurate calibration of instruments and compliance with operational and safety standards.

• Support plant automation and control processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve system performance.

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records related to instrumentation activities.

• Ensure adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: DAE in Electrical or Electronics

• Experience: 05 to 07 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control, preferably in a cement or heavy industrial environment

• Location Preference: Willingness to work in Mianwali
